I've eaten in the cafe on a regular basis for in excess of a decade and never seen or experienced rude or snobby staff. In my experience the quality of the staff always enhance the enviable reputation the establishment rightly enjoys.

This might not directly answer your question Jasmeen, but The Bathers' Pavilion has a kiosk where you can get takeaway drinks and sandwiches etc. So, you could get something from the kiosk and sit in one of the many public seats in the park at Balmoral. I don't think dogs are permitted on the beach however.

Hi Lyn, Yes we are open new years day. Normal trading hours in the Bistro, breakfast is 7am - 11:30, lunch from 12pm.

Hi Diane, The Louis Roederer terrace is open Wednesday through Sunday from 12pm. However, will be closed if there is a private function. Just give us a call before you come down. The terrace has a menu that you can check out on our website www.batherspavilion.com.au
