This product is more than organic, it’s juicy and succulent. The flavour of the meat enriched by its seasoning! I’ve been accustomed to smoked beef jerky by other companies; air dried was a whole new experience. These smoked products by other companies tend to have lots of artificial flavour and colouring added, but not these juicy snacks by Barbell foods! The juiciness of the air dried steak range led me on a culinary experiment. I have only had the privilege so far to experiment with heating up the Spicy beef biltong, using either the microwave for 10 seconds to sizzle up a handful, or frying them up in their own juices. Making them sizzle adds that warm crispy feeling, a great alternative to bacon if you cannot eat pork! I couldn’t pull off a majestic photo of the product with the outback as the back drop or an iconic monument. I was too eager to dive into the food, so these are the best photos I could pull off so far.

My kids (and parents!!) are addicted to this very tasty and nutritious snack. We have the fortnightly subscription but it never even lasts the week. Love the ethics of these guys too. Thanks for making this excellent snack x

My go to snack (legit eating some original biltong right now)! Not only do I get nutrient dense, organic grass fed beef and kangaroo in convenient On-the-go snack form, but these guys actually care about obtaining and producing this yummy stuff using suppliers that are equally passionate about their sustainable and regenerative practices. My body feels good eating this food of the gods, and my soul feels good knowing where it comes from!! Keep up the good fight lads, well done. You have a customer for life!

If you want the best biltong around then look no further than the Barbell boys. This Biltong is in a league of it's own (and I've had a lot of different Biltong over many years). Love it! My son demands it in his lunches for school - tells me it's essential!
