Had to wait at least 10 minutes to get served... Why? Because other customers were ordering tons of delights! Fabulous baklava. My new favourite place.

As someone who is not a sweet tooth, loves their sweets! Very reasonably priced!

Abundance choices to choose from. My favourite would be their finger baklava 🌙 and what you need to know - always remember to take the number - your number will be called out by an attendee to help you pack your desserts. - or u can order coffees to go w yr desserts dining in

The customer service was 10 outta 10. The pastries were fresh and really tasty. I will definately be going back and recommending them to family.

I went here by accident. Just pass by the shop and i got distraction by the tasty smell of the bakery. So me and my mom decided going inside and figure out whats on there. I got so surprised by all the desserts that they have. It was just so good and nice. They many selection of the cake and the price little bit expensive but still affordable.

Got some sweets today and this place has gone down hill. I came home and all the sweets where soggy and like they have been there for over 2 days. I’m not sure if there is a change in ownership but never again. This used to be one of my favourite places with all the sweet shops in Melbourne but not anymore.

If it's sweet your after, this Is the place to go. I'm not going to try to describe the variety of cakes, sweets, biscuits, desserts, chocolates etc you just have to try it yourself. The staff are always very polite and helpful as well.

Love the pastry and coffee. Staff are well versed in their products and offer great suggestions

I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews a bit more, before deciding to visit this store last Sunday(07/02/21) at around 6:30pm I bought $90 of baklava and other sweets as a gift to take visiting family I hadn't seen in years. I'm new to Melbourne (a week now) and thought this would be super simple task. Although the sweets were passable in taste and quality, I wouldn't say they were value for money (and I have come from Sydney where prices are pretty high). I had to ask three times for extra cream on the sweets (very stingy). However, what lead me to give this place a one star rating was the service I received. The customer service attendant was rather rude, snappy, unprofessional and her body language and facial expressions were one of complete disregard and disengagement. I had to repeat my order several times, probably because she wasn't interested in the slightest about assisting me with my order. There was no enforcement of other customers not wearing a mask inside and it seemed like there was no system to queuing up either. I have never seen customer service like this before - and can I say, I always begin engagement with only respect for workers. Sadly this employee seemed to lack even the basic skill set and training in customer service. I walked out feeling very annoyed and disappointed, before even trying the sweets. Do yourself a favour, google their competitors and give them a go, that's what ill be doing next time..

Nice place to get pastry but they are very sweet
