Bakers Delight

Friendly staff, awesome food .. cannot complain best bakers delight !

I shop here regularly and usually receive good service but would like to offer feedback about an employee called Thanh. She did not look at or acknowledge me at all when I walked into the shop yesterday despite being the only customer. She was the only employee behind the counter. I stood in front of her for a few seconds and she still didn’t look at me even though she wasn’t doing anything, just standing there, so I asked her if she was serving people. She was extremely rude and impatient, I can’t remember ever receiving such poor customer service. She treated me as though I was a huge imposition, not as a paying customer. I sincerely hope she is provided with further training in adequate customer service.

Rude customer service. The girl serving proceeded to roll her eyes at me and my dad for ordering more items!

Bread is always nice and fresh good deserts as well
