Just bought a 2x pizzas and 2 x savory bites, but they were as cold as ice. Staff need to be more polite and at least offer the customers to heat up the food. Never again will I buy anything from this outlet.

Was on my way for a holiday with family. Stopped at Bakers delight Mt. Waverley . Wanted to eat some muffins . Asked at the counter if I could get one. Got a rude and a blunt reply " we don't serve muffins here". Agreed I should have known this before I entered the shop but I didn't as I went in for the first time in my last 7 year's of living in Melbourne. May be I should Google the menu first and then enter places.

I've heard from others recently but i must agree they deliver poor customer service. I asked the lady behind the counter nicely to put some scones in a separate bag, and oh boy she looked extremely annoyed saying something like it is nuisance. The shop was NOT busy at all. I would not recommend this place at all

Rude and nasty staff. I was asked to remove my bread container from the counter to prevent contamination. People put MONEY on the counter and don't get told off. My container was most certainly cleaner than money and I felt so ashamed. Won't be going back again.
