Bakers Delight Katoomba

This is dead set the best Bakers Delight I've been to. Superb bread!

The glass food cabinets at the front are full of wasps and flies buzzing around all the food. When I mentioned this to the girl serving she said, 'yes they like the sweet food' and they're to hard to get out. Just gross. Surely a cover of some sort would prevent them from getting in. A real health issue.

Today I went to buy a six pack of cheese and bacon rolls but unfortunately arrived after business hours (day before Easter Friday). The baker who was cleaning inside went out of his way to not only let me in to show me they were not serving customers, but chatted with my son, offered me free hot cross buns and was extremely curtious without being over the top. This service will ensure my business and recommendations. Well done.

Service in this BD is the best I've seen anywhere. Since I am a regular customer, they know exactly what I want each time I walk in there. Lovely people, fantastic service.

I am very impressed with the owners at bakers delight Katoomba their ovens weren’t working to full volume when I went in to get my bread they said it would be another hour, I mucked around and said that it wasn’t good enough, but how wonderful when they said that they would deliver my bread on way home. I have always liked goi g there since new owners took over always have a laugh with staff how spoilt do I feel . Arnt I lucky they go past my place to go home. Can’t thank you enough. See you next week, hope the oven is fixed for you, it is a tense time when things go wrong. I was in business for 40yrs I loved it when machines would break down and have to wait to get parts from os. My husband bought a pizza from Katoomba Baker's Delight Katoomba this morning. Stale. He took it back and got a serve from the girl behind the counter. She said new baker and it was just overcooked. It was stale. She was rude. Owner is very nice though. Always go there. Maybe not anymore. The assistant needs a kick up the rear end and a lesson in customer service. He got one from Hominy. Delicious, fresh and same price
