Super friendly staff, best fresh bread in Melbourne!

This bakery always has a long queue. Beautiful place with amazing baked goods. The bread is crusty and melts in your mouth and not to forget the hand crafted butter. The berry pistachio escargot was a bit sour to my liking though.

Good bread selection, pastries sell out quick. Was expecting more variety specialist bread or fruit buns or pies etc, but don't have.

This is the best bread you can get in the country. Hands down. I don’t know what else to say. It is in a class of its own.

Waited half an hour on Easter weekend for these but it was so worth it. Squishy sourdough buns!!! Doesn’t get much better than this. The bagels and pastries are brilliant too ❤️

Baked fresh every morning, Baker Bleu is one of the best sourdough bakeries in Melbourne. Check their website before you go as they make different things on different days. For example, challah is on Fridays only. Their sourdough croissant is to die for. Highly recommend! Get there early though as they often sell out. I was there on Wednesday morning at 7.45 am and there was already a modest line.

I just can't believe the inherent success of this bakery, like many others. There's invariably a queue that snakes down the street and around the corner, everyone intently waiting to achieve the success of attaining purchase of some of the freshest, healthiest bread products. The owners of this shop have certainly landed on a goldmine of glorious items, which provide a propensity for the local populace to arrive early and eagerly wait with anticipation on a regular basis.

Best place for bread for my taste. Limited on the pastry side, but what they have is excellent.

Everything is great here, but the Mushroom Pizza was amazing.
