The shopkeeper does not know this is their store and he said they do not have a menu so none of these nice pictures are for real.

You need a Bregel. You just don’t know it yet ;) Fabulous little tarts as well. The donut cushions are genius, letting you know exactly where all that goodness is going ;)

We went for their degustation dinner with a groupon voucher. Very friendly service and waiters are quite knowledgeable about their dishes. The quality of food is good for the price tag. Although there is not that many wow factor, the freshenss of food and the quality of meat is a higlight. I would recommend this place for a casual night catch up. Good atmosphere.

The Bragel was nice but in the end it's just a round brioche and has none of the characteristics of a bagel besides the shape. They need to learn the art of the schmear and the Canelé was just sad. The texture and flavour were both off and it was very disappointing.

I had croissant instead of the bragel and it tasted AWESOME!!! Would definitely go back and try more stuff!

Good coffee and pretty good food, service was appalling. The chef had to tell waitstaff to serve us, when food was ready it was left for 3 minutes while one staff member made coffee and the other cleaned. I had to get it myself from the service area!!

The "bragel" is a better brioche than most brioche. Less oily, greasy, fatty, buttery, which are the things that attract many people to brioche and croissants in the first place. Not a big fan of brioche or croissants myself. But the bragel is not a bagel. I'd swap it for a proper on-premises hand-made boiled bagel. Of which there are none in Canberra, sadly. The baguette is good, but they need to provide a proper paper bag with a bottom for take away. Staff seem alarmed when customers ask questions about provenance, ingredients, methods. Never a good look. Front of house staff should respond with enthusiasm when given an opportunity to tell the back story of products and the venue. These days, it's really what separates the utility players from the stars.

I've been to Baked a couple of times now, and they do not disappoint! The first time was for a dinner and that was divine, and just recently for breakfast on a Sunday. The service is fantastic, always friendly and attentive. Definitely my favourite eatery in Canberra!

Baked is by far my favourite place! Food and coffee is always good, staff are just so friendly and happy to help. Since the first day I stood in baked it's been nothing but great, I always feel so welcomed!
