Baby Bao

loved the food here, it's freshly made, tried the mushroom spinach dumplings and fried chicken bites. it was spectacular, definitely would come here again !

A good local Chinese place now that’s within my way back from work in the city. Wait wasn’t long and staff were nice, their chicken and mushroom gold dumplings are really good, husband is a vegetarian so the veggie dumplings are nice too. I’ve also tried their spicy fried chicken, for such a small shop they do a great job. Best to avoid crowds on weekends, happy to have a local joint that does colourful dumplings that aren’t artificially coloured by food colouring. My kids love it

Bought a steamed vegetarian bun and the fried chicken dish. They were nice to go half original and half with sauce. We waited about 15 minutes for the steamed bun then on the way home, I realised it wasn’t the vegetarian bun. There are two in the box but both have cabbage and meat. The bun was not housemate, just the frozen cheap stuff that you can buy from any Asian supermarket. The store does not have a contact number so have to leave the feedback here.

The wait is worth it, if you call it “a wait” for fresh made dumplings 🥟 amazing food and service. Manto buns are delicious!! Can’t fault anything from baby bao. They are so delicious and a must grab on your way out of Ed square! Their customer service is just as good as the food!

Was craving dumplings and decided to try out Baby Bao. The service was very good (couldn't fault whatsoever). The spicy fried chicken was tasty and I could definitely see myself coming back here for just that. The dumplings on the other hand were so disappointing. The fillings were nice, however the dumpling skins were way too tough. The xiao long bao not only had a tough skin, but didn't have any soup. Wait for the food wasn't too bad at all. Will go back there to try the desserts as I have been told the fried dough and condensed milk is delicious.

The fried chicken with mayo is amazing. The fried buns with condensed milk to top it off, will keep me coming back over and over. Grand opening day there was a little wait but that's to be expected with the amount of people there. Came back on a weekday and had the same taste and no wait at all.

Such a great feed! We really enjoyed our meal and the fried mantou is a MUST. A few items weren’t available, but that’s understandable considering they have only recently opened. Overall a great experience with super friendly staff. Definitely will be back to try more from the menu!

We got the pork and cabbage dumplings that were tasty and fresh. There was a bit of a wait which was understandable since we went during the opening weekend. Keen to try out the rest of the menu when it is less busy.

I went there with my husband and was surprised as to how good your dumplings are. Love the fresh taste. Best to go on the weekdays to avoid queues

Best Dumplings Ever! Crispy outside, the meat inside is tender and fresh, Most friendly stuffs, the order is quick like rocket... definitely worth the price and high recommended
