BWS Granville

Very bad customer service. Over charged me when there was a clear label with a special price. Staff was more focused on finishing off for the day than provide a satisfactory customer service.

Ordered for CONTACTLESS pick-up as SPECIFIED by the BWS Website. Turns out the store is NOT set up for this system but they don’t tell you that- have to go IN-STORE.. Not ideal for the highly vulnerable community trying to stay COVID free. The person believe to be “Manager” seemed like an arrogant, know it all who didn’t want to go out of his way to assist me. He wanted to argue about the fact that “if you want contactless delivery; order online”. I said the BWS specifies they do contactless and his excuse was the store wasn’t set up for it. Because I asked him to bring it to the car. Serious attitude problem and should possibly consider a different job. He’s doing BWS an enormous disservice by working there. Maybe meant for a NON-customer faced role. The assistant who sounded younger and less experienced also said she was not sure about contact less delivery. Customers had to go in store. So... BWS, fix THAT store set up, the web site OR improve your staff!!

Decent store where I can get Woolies shopping and bws at same time. Ok range of standard products but helpful polite staff

Love this store and choices of beer available , We do removals in Granville area . and all the boys like to go there and grab a few cold ones before heading home.
