I can understand why the reviews are so low. Just like Chinese food, it's best to dine in and not takeaway. The burgers used here are not designed for takeaways. Also, the AhChilli burger and chicken roll here are not bad. Will definitely come back again. :-)

Went on a Friday at lunch time with a mate, ordered a ChilliBurger for $12 sans sliced tomato and got a CheeseBurger instead (valued at $7) when I informed the staff that my burger was not what was ordered or paid for, they argued with me that it does not come with bacon and that I had said for no tomato. After a brief argument where I pointed at the menu's description. They took the burger I had already taken a bite out of from me (rude) and then I waited for my replacement. I got a bacon, cheese and angus beef burger instead, no chilli on it at all, not even a sauce or black pepper. The meat and bacon were very bland and looked like they were thawed after a deep freeze (no colour in them) and the cheese tasted synthetic. Utterly terrible service and revolting food quality. So disappointed.

Absolutely loved the burgers from this store and have highly recommended it to my friends. We bought two burgers the other night and they were so fresh, beautifully made and tasted bloody wicked. We will ordering again for certain, 10/10

The Best Burger Joint! burgers & chips here are 👌. also cant forget desert! their freshly made hot cinnamon donuts! 10/10! Great alternative. Also consider there open till 4am! most days. 4AM! Incredible 🙌 the best only the best.

Imagine re-branding Broadies, keeping the same menu and lowing the cost. I do not work for Brodies, I ordered a half chicken and chips and a side of vegetables. The gravy was gelatinous, the veg swimming in water.

The staff are pleasant but fairly unaccustomed to taking orders in the store. The ingredients are absolutely the cheapest they can possibly find and can personally attest to the jalapeno poppers being revolting. The staff also seemed unfamiliar with their own menu as the chili burger ordered stated it had bacon and the staff initially denied this until they checked the board. This burger also had no chili on it either time. It would be cheaper and taste better to get Red rooster or Maccas because at least their food is consistent.

This place has become own last stop on the way home from the city. We love the burgers, fries and gravy. Special shout out to Rachit who is very helpful and friendly and made us the best fried chicken burger fries. Well done Rachit see you tonight going in to the city

Yo, these guys are brilliant with their burgers and loaded fries. My burger was sooo good that I had to call them and tell them about it! Well done lads!

First time ordering late night after work. Ordered pork belly meal - meat was warm on the outside and completely cold inside! Clearly was frozen and only part way cooked on outside🤢 Vegetables were terrible. Meal made me feel ill. Please be aware French roasters and Aussie hunger is the same establishment listed as two on uber eats.
