Hands down the best banana bread I've ever had! Healthy, quality food using only "real" ingredients and it defintely shows! Lots of gluten free options. Lovely staff too, highly recommend this place!

Love this place and its people! The food, drinks, and treats all hit that magical sweet spot of being both yummy and good for you. Everything is made with SO MUCH intention and love. And it feels very welcoming - the people are so warm and friendly. One of my favourite spots on the Northern Beaches!

I love this place! Lovely vegan cafe with great food and all the products are ethical and sustainable. The community they have built at amazing vegan cafe/smoothie bar is incredible! Definitely recommend it and encourage everyone to check it out, you don't be disappointed.

My favourite way to start my day! I'm always trying to get to Auram before work for a Focus flow with coffee to really get me in the zone before a busy day! The team are always so lovely and friendly, a safe space with the most delicious food and beautiful energy! ❤️❤️❤️

You won't find a better local hang on the northern beaches! Absolutely love this little energy vortex of good vibes, high quality, nutritious elixirs and tucker! Not to mention the amazing people behind the counter and who frequent this delightful space. Highly recommended.

Beaut of a cafe. Incredible consistency and quality is always served up with so much love. The food is delightful and the service is always so wonderful and leaves you feeling better than when you got to the cafe. Grateful to have spent a lot of time here. Always impressed.
