Arlo's Pizzeria on Chevron Island

Like seriously awesome. Base was great. 48 hour proofed sourdough, better than Justin Lane. Owners are lovely, do yourself a favour check it out. (Would have added photos but ate everything)

We loved the Pizza's here. The sourdough pizza bases are simultaneously crispy and chewy. Really yummy! The shop got pretty busy from 6pm onwards, so try and arrive early to beat the rush. They're also shut on Tuesdays.

Hands down the best pizza on the Gold Coast. We are regulars at Arlo's and cant rave about their pizza's enough. Their base is so good and filled with so much yummy toppings and it's always delivered fresh and hot. This is a small family business run by a lovely husband and wife who really look after their customers. I highly recommend it

Amazing homemade sourdough Pizzas!! Can't say more than that - get down and try because I don't know any other place in Goldie that sells delicious sourdough pizza mmmm

Best pizza ever! If you are on the Gold Coast, it is a must place to visit! We love going back here over and over! Highly recommended!

Always great a sour dough base, lovely filling but needs to be cooked just a little more as a whole just a bit soft from base outwards.Nice staff and friendly always .😄

It's worth mentioning that all of the tables are outside, which we didn't realise from any description on the website or reviews. All the tables were wet due to the rain and it was quite cold. We went to order one of the special large pizzas and there was none available despite it being 5:30 on a Friday night. We then ordered two large pizzas to takeaway instead of dining in and got home only to realise our order was wrong and we were given two of the same type of pizza. The pizza was nice and the staff were friendly but overall was an average experience.

Arlo’s is a great little pizza restaurant. The staff are friendly, the pizzas are delicious. The pizza bases are perfect and toppings make it a meal. Tastes like a wood fired pizza. The critique I will give is that the pizzas need to come to the table immediately after they come out of the oven, which did not happen. This made it so the pizza was not piping hot when it got to the table. We have no been to dine in twice and had takeaway twice. Will be going back again.

Wow what an amazing authentic Italian pizzeria. From start to finish the service was excellent and the food. Well we had no complaints. Tasty fresh ingredients. Definitely worth a visit. We went early about 630pm as it soon got busy and people were queuing for a table. We ate calamari, meatballs, Arlo's special and the calzone.
