Lovely wait staff and good atmosphere despite the horrendous euro trash rave music they had on in the background (very at odds with the historic decor 😂). We didn't want to order the mains or the platters as we saw that people at other tables were leaving so much food uneaten and we didn't want to add to the food waste. So we ordered a pretzel, chips, pickles and a sausage platter. Most things were okay not wow, the dill dip that came with the chips was a saving grace. Cheese dip that we paid extra for tasted like something from a Coles or Woolies. The sausage platter was the most disappointing thing ever. I have no idea why they call it a sausage platter when you get two measly skewers of cut up sausages and it's mostly just dry garlic croutons for $18, absolute rip.. photo attached.

We were looking around places where we could sit down and enjoy our beer and smoking at the same time. Then we stumbled upon this place where the attendant showed us a designated smoking area. This was heaven for us; sipping our beer while enjoying our cigs and the weather and the atmosphere. Will def go to this place again if we are in Hahndorf.

BS excuse for food arriving after everyone else. Over priced average food. Give it a wide berth

Wow. The live music was cool, food amazing. Not cheap, but they deserve it.

Delicious lunch with a German Beer

I introduced an American Lady to this establishment and German food and beer we both had a first class meal and the beer was cold and delicious she now wants to return to sample more and holiday in Germany

Handorf inn and nothing else, extermly overpriced for what it is (and no its not German). Place exists on Asian tourists that are there by the buses... Look else where, friendly staff.
