I visited this place on the 13th of June 2021. The lady manager on site gave us a table by the door. It being a very cold day, we asked for another table inside the restaurant as we had young children with us and we wanted a warmer place to sit (mind you, the inner seating area was completely empty). The manager was very rude and initially insisted that we sit at the table already given. Eventually after a long discussion she agree to let us sit inside. We chose a table (there were 12 of us), but the manager came and said that that table has been booked for a group that would be coming an hour later (we would have left by then), so we couldn’t sit there. We moved to another table, and asked her to be accommodating to us as we were feeling unwelcome by her behaviour. She asked us to get a refund for the order that we had given and leave. A very very rude woman indeed, and a very sour experience for us. This is the first time I encountered such behaviour in Australia. Don’t waste your time and money here, go to Kebab Palace round the corner for similar food and much better customer service. I will never go back again.

Best baklava I've had in yours. I am coming back here for sure. Had the cashew and pistachio ones. Yum! Also had a delish mixed platter. Came with the works of rice salad dips and pita bread. See you guys again soon. :)
