Solid crew, good food, quick service and reasonable prices. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that it isn't the most gourmet chicken and chips shop I've ever been to, but then again frankly if you're looking for a quick lunch hit. Then this is for you.

Cheap, so don't expect gourmet. But for the price, quality and quantity are very good.

First time I have been there since owners changed and the (fire). Old school hamburgers were pretty much spot on and chips freshly cooked , hot and crispy! I had the Aussie burger and "small" chips - chips were amazing but I could not polish them off (there were a heap of them). Will be back, hoping they have an all day breakfast! Came back - still the old school burgers and yummy as ever! Chip were a little over-salted - check out the photo, these were the "small chips"!

First time we ordered the food was lovely, super tasty and not overly greasy. Just ordered for and second and LAST time... Not sure how many times the fish was deep fried but all 6 pieces were inedible and the chips were like cardboard they were so dry! Very disappointing 😞

Good, solid burger/fish and chip place. Friendly service and food is what you expect (and hope for) from a Milk Bar style joint. Burger buns could do with a switch to old-style buns, but there are great roasts and good old traditional battered food. Frying oil is clean and that's reflected in the food.

Very good food bar. The salads are really great, full of the proper ingredients and not just a thin veneer over a pile of lettuce. Hot food nicely done, service good. Good to have this locally.

Today first time I ate here charcoal chicken and green salad , it was mind blowing and amazing , chicken was very juicy and yummy , five star for their best customer service and outstanding food.

I like to support my local businesses, but also think it is important to give honest feedback and unfortunately we're finding fewer reasons to visit these days. The chips are okay - probably not as good as other local establishments, but this week I waited 27 minutes for a family sized chips and a salad. Sorry guys, but that is far too long. Hope you're just going through a slump and things improve.
