Best broth in Sydney, worth the trip to Bankstown. Price is very good and also very effiecent staff. Only comment would be, they need some extra dishes on the menu such as spring rolls or other snacks. A bowl of soup is satisfying but would be comlimented by some extra dishes on the side.
An restaurant is located next to multi level parking lot, and opposite of The Alley. They separate entry and exit which is good and systematic. There is a server at the entrance to assign customer to tables. Order is taken on tablet and our hot bowl of yummy broth is served in a blink of an eye! The soup is of course yummy with plenty of noodle and meat. There are only two choices of meat, either beef or chicken. We enjoyed our chicken noodle soup but didn't like the one with egg as the egg yolks seemed rubbery. Payment is at the table, just call any servers around. A bowl of beef or chicke noodle soup cost aud17 for medium size and aud19 for large size.
