This is a nicely designed store. Light and clean to look at. The calamari was fresh and absolutely beautiful. I phoned my ordered through. I was asked the time I would arrive to ensure I received it as fresh as possible. It was ready on time. The only issue here is parking is a little right but I would definitely park in the street and walk to this fish and chip shop even if it was busy.

We called last weekend to enquire about the menu and to place an order but it was a terrible experience. First call got dropped, second was a lady that sounded disinterested and frustrated and clearly NOT in the mood to be there. Come on guys, you can do better. You were recommended as being a decent option. Will give you another chance so hopefully when we come down, we will try again but you must improve.

Stake burger tender yummy

I've eaten fish and chips nearly every Friday night for the last year and the fish and chip quality never changes. Outstanding fish and chips each time, every time, they're always spot on with their orders and service with a smile!

We ordered $10 fish and chips (dory) and $13.95 calamari and chips. Compared to other shops it was yummy. I’m always disappointed in the serving size of calamari you get with other shops but in this pack you get about 10 and they were cooked nicely. My partners crumbed fish was done well and tasted fresh. I’d happily come back. Staff we’re nice as well :)

Everything was ok been ordering fish of the day .. untill I ordered expensive fish like Snapper, I don't mind paying . But when I got home the batter was really soggy. Just inedible! Then I complained to the guy and got an attitude. Just saying what do I want !to me ..,all I want is to take your time , if you make a mistake with the batter don't serve it. I'll wait longer. I've been a chef 25 years , I know. 100 percent it's that fish n chips shop . Unless you are a new owner ? How long have you owned the shop for?
