We expected to find this a clean and professionally run business, but we were very disappointed. We were appalled to find a small child in the shop (her parents were working behind the counter) and she was left to run around the shop and hide in corners with a very poor level of supervision. I can't understand why parents would make a child of that age (maybe 3-4 years old) spend all day with them at a business while they work! Extremely unprofessional- These people should get a babysitter so their poor child can have a structured routine and age appropriate activities, and not take it to work where it is forced to hide in corners in the shop.

Hey - Shell, Caltex & BP - this is the servo that is killing your sites in Goulburn. Cheapest fuel in town by a big margin. When I travel down the Hume Highway I stop here for fuel.

The attendant was extremely rude to both my grand children age 3 and 6 who asked to use the toilet which they have done so there in the past the attendant refusefed soo rudely to them. I had to throw my payment at him to get out of the store so I could both youngsters to the toilet before they had accidents.
