Worst 7/11 . Poor customer service.

The best worker in the world is on tonight 27/01/2021 at 11pm. He was super friendly and a great help, we will definitely be coming back here, it was the best service weve had in months.

Fantastic staff member just now helped us immensely went out of his way I will come back to this 7/11 for sure

Very very poor customer service

Small, but has everything you need. Has ATMs inc commonwealth, coffe , sandwich couple of coffee machines .. and friendly night staff.. 🙂

Terrible service, and very rude owner, not suggested. Been there today for free coffee and donuts which given by the app, but he refused to give me both. I asked why and argued that other store can give me both, he said do not worry about others or 7-Eleven, he is the owner, and he makes the rule. I won't be there again.

Been there few times .bad service. Today, I went to pumping.after I get everything ready to go,then counter ask me to prepaid first.Then I went in the store bought a pack of cigarettes, and want to pay $50 for petrol .and magically counter tell me go back to fuel up and come back to pay. I was like ‘what the hell’Never ever met a situation like this,Which makes me so embarrassing,as there have three more customers around.

Incredibly rude staff. Purposely locked me out of pumping at two stations without notifying me over the intercom, on the basis that they thought my ignition was on. I don't think anyone wishes to be treated like a criminal with that kind of prejudice.

They don't know how to account a prepard cards, WOW THEY ARE SO BAD!!! Waste my time, go there for nothing. I was willing to buy mol points.
