Nice, clean service station Great slurpies & doughnuts. Reasonably priced fuel.

Reported a faulty pump handle and was told it's not faulty, but that I am filling my car incorrectly! I have filled my car there before and never had a problem. Guess I won't be filling up there again!

Very rude customer service seriously . A girl behind the counter and she was very rude she spoiled my whole weekend thanks .

Very bad experience one young guy was serving and very rude I want to pay separate things from card and cash but he did not handle the transaction so I missed the half stuff should be trained staff 👎

Absolutely disgusted in the leval of service to a weekly customer. This week I put $40 of diesel into the car as I was on empty. After leaving I noticed the car was still showing empty. I pulled over restarted the car to see if it just hadn't registered nothing. I, returned back to the garage and informed the owner that the pump wasn't dispensing fuel. He refused to take responsibility saying he was just an onseller for 7/11 and I need to take it up with head office . I got him to take photos of the guages then I had to put more fuel in from a different pump. This time it registered imidiatly and again I got the owner to take photos. I then rang 7/11 with a similar outcome didn't care and said they would send somebody out to check the pump. Today I received an email stating the incident was closed, no fault was showing on the pump and the matter was closed.... Even with the owner present and watching, taking pictures of the problem they had zero care for us not receiving fuel. I have been attending this business for five years now both my wife and I. My fuel bills last year totalled $14,580. We won't be attending again and I see by their feedback this is not an isolated case. Disgusted...

An excellent 7-Eleven. Seemed very new. Nice and clean. Good range of everything. Good parking available.

Just had the worst experience here. There was a fault with one of the pumps where the meter was running like normal but the fuel was splattering small drops. I stopped the pump and mentioned it to staff who came and fixed the issue, i then finished filling my car with a functioning pump. When i went to pay, they tried to charge me for the original pump that did nothing and refused to let me pay for Jusr the fuel i actually received!
