My wife and I both enjoyed this place. We often drink gin and had wanted to come here for some time. We sampled the "Heart & Soul" gin tasting (Signature, Navy & Aged Barrel) and "The Palate Liberator" tasting which had their vodkas, brandy, hybrid whiskey & Signature gin. Signature gin is what they are known for but their Aged Barrel was nice too. As expected the Navy was a little too harsh especially neat. Both Vodkas were very smooth even without a mixer and if not for the price would buy them everytime over the likes of Smirnoff. I'm not much of a brandy or whiskey drinker so I couldn't tell you if they were good or bad. After finishing our tasting my wife ordered a Cosmo and I ordered an Espresso Martini. We were both very happy with our choices. Service was pretty good and atmosphere was good too considering Covid restrictions are in place. It's great to see they use Bickfords and support other SA brands/companies. I noticed they also serve some snacks such as fries and small pizzas. The only thing we didn't like was the rather unstable wire framed bar chairs.

Gins were good. Had the tasting plate. It came with great tasting notes and would have been good if it included some of the suggested condiments and mixers to enhance the experience.

Small & intimate, friendly staff, cocktails are great but, you can't order food after 8pm & closes at 10pm. Is this winter trading hours ?

I went here as a walk in at 4.20 on a Saturday. The bartender was extremely rude. Had a go at us for not having a booking showing us all the people inside and eluding to the fact we should've booked..... Very poor service and we left.

Great gin, tasty pizza, excellent service!

The rudest experience I’ve had at a bar in a long time. The attitude of the bar staff was offensive. Left without even staying for a drink. Great gin but the staff need some work with customer service!!

Ruby was our server, we tried a gin flight + a couple extra gins. She was very knowledgeable about the products and super helpful with our questions..

The gin is very tasty. The interior design classic. But don't get comfortable! We booked a table for 7pm and at no time were we told that it was a 2 hour booking. We ordered plenty of drinks and a food platter and set ourselves for the evening. Come 8.45pm they were shoving us out the door, regardless of whether we had finished our drinks or not. Very poor given the $x00s we spent! The male manager was arrogant and rude from the time we arrived to the time we left. Clearly he was not taught customer service or professional management skills! Both of these negatives ruined our entire evening!

They do great cocktails. Check out the barrel aged gin. It my favourite from the night.
