Exceptional!! Food was amazing, great vibe & the most attentive friendly staff we have experienced in Perth for quite some time. My squid ink pasta was perfect, brought back memories of the Mediterranean. Thankyou for such an enjoyable dining experience

The place was really nice, although some people might find the lighting a bit dim, the service was great and the food although appeared quite simple on the menu was fantastic. Looking forward to the next time I go.

I don't normally write reviews but I think 3Sheets on the Lake is worth my time. This area has been crying out for a suitably relaxed, family friendly bar/restaurant and 3Sheets ticks ALL the boxes!! Only other option seems to be Botanica which is a lovely venue but you just can't get away from the feeling you are in the car park. This said, it has its place an I will still head there... but I have a new FAVOURITE! 3Sheets food offerings are delicious, drinks are reasonably priced and service was fantastic (in reference to other bars). Food was out the kitchen super fast which bodes well for when this place is rammed... which will certainly happen. Can't wait to go back, chill with a beer and enjoy the view of the lake!

Love this place. We live a ridiculous distance away, but still we make the drive in for the decadent breakfasts and phenomenal donuts. Yes it's pricey, yes it's often very busy and the staff are run off their feet. But that's not enough to tarnish it in my view. The food is of a high standard, the coffee is smooth and full bodied and the donuts will have you starting your diet next week, every week.

Tasty Feral beers (on tap!), and the burgers were decent, and the staff were nice, and it’s not far to the train... or that new cinema.... give it a chance I reckon, I’ll definitely be back 👍

Mostly designed for takeaway, but the few tables are comfortable and airy. There is some outdoor seating. Breakfast was simple, but well-made and brought with a smile from the small kitchen.

Nice atmosphere and selection of drinks. Some parts next to the venue still construction site. Wine glasses are clean but have soap residue. This was noted on several glasses. Extra work on glass cleaning required. Overall very nice.
