I was in a group of about 30 people that had a meal at Sanctuary Lakes Hotel and when I was told the venue and that it was an all you can eat style I was a bit sceptical. Well was I surprised the choices of meals was excellent and also the freshness was terrific they where emptying and replacing meals all through the night and try the bread and butter pudding its to die for yummy Certainly will be back there for sure and we travelled from Geelong for the evening. Forgot to mention the caring staff it wasn't like you where just a number like so many of these all you can eat places Well done Sanctuary Lakes Hotel if I wore a hat I would certainly take it off for you Keep up the good work

We had dinner to celebrate some birthdays. Things had changed from the last time we were there but ultimately it served the same purpose. Brett servered us for the evening and he did very well, we had a couple of food requirements but he owned the responsibility like a boss lol. Food came to the table and it looked inviting and yummy, except the goat cheese salad that looked yuck HOWEVER that was due to the person who ordered it, she asked for the goat cheese salad without the goat cheese, without dressing without blah blah leaving dry rocket and beetroot lol but they did try to present it beautifully. Oh my steak, ordered medium rare more to the rare side was perfect my knife cut thru like a hot knife on butter and it was yummy. Couple seafood platters chicken dishes and a burger and no one had a issue with the meals. Little people had mini hot dogs and calamari which they surprisingly at all up. Only issues I had was the play room, the door to get in got a few kids it was heavy and kids got stuck including my 5 year (in their defence he is little) and the fact spicks and specks were on (abc for kids had finished) not a play room show lol. All in all it was a great night with the pleasure of Katrina sorting out birthday orders, Di coming to save the day and Clare (without an I, had to be there joke) serving English tea, she is English too so the accent was on point but she doesn't drink tea, whats up with that! Anyhoo other reviews has this place pegged horribly but I enjoyed our experience and all 12 walked away satisfied well perhaps 11 cause the goat cheese salad minus EVERYTHING can't be good. Lol

I agree with what the first reviewer said about a good range of beers and friendly knowledgeable staff, but they lose points for taking an ad hoc approach to their opening hours. If the opening time is 3:00pm it's bloody annoying to find them still closed at 4:00pm when I drop in on my way home from work. Once I could overlook, but it's happened a few times now.

This little place tucked away... has the best coffee in Point Cook, with smooth taste while still giving that kick to start the morning. The atmosphere is cosy with great food... The muffins were tasty and fresh.

Simply awesome! The food is super delicious, few of the must try dishes - Lal Maas, Ghar ki murgi, non- veg platter, Malai Kofta. Must visit place if you want to eat authentic Indian food.

My absolute favourite food around here! Authentic Malaysian, what makes it better is it's home-cooked style. When I take guests who they mention how it reminds them of food back from their home.

Awesome place for kids to play! Really enjoyed the laser tag the most and the food there is amazing! The only let down is the staff at the main desk otherwise its a thumbs up!
