The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. The fish & chips were fresh and delicious. I had battered fish and my wife had calamari. We were both extremely satisfied with our meals. If you are driving across the north coast and want fish & chips, this is the place.

Staff food, ambience, presentation, all excellent. Thoroughly reccomend this cafe for a beautiful meal and friendly staff to attend to ones needs. We will return. I think it would pay to phones for a reservation though.

Really great service, tasty burgers at the burger bar! Bit short staffed, definitely need more staff to keep quality of service.

Great pub in wynard and at the time of writing the only option really. It was steak night when we went so it was very busy and moat tables reserved. We were lucky to get one as people left. Pints are over $10 and 8 beers on tap. Steak was $20 that night. Otherwise 27. Very generous portions. I went for the chicken Parma which was $26 and it was one of the best I had. The Elephant In Loaf with cheese an chives as a starter is amazing too.
Fantastic coffee, and good menu. Kids play area at rear is excellent. The only problem is finding room at lunch, it's that popular!
