Elpida and her family are just wonderful hosts. from the moment you step foot into their beautifully bespoke eatery, you feel like youre part of the family. The lovingly homemade food is delightful, perfectly portioned and jam packed with flavour! The whole Whisk Away experience is like a nice warm hug from your Grandmother, always welcomed and makes you feel comforted <3

5 🌟stars for the creamy, full flavoured coffee ☕☕ Great barista! Heidi's Cafe recently opened (on the same site as Sempre) and is fast becoming a local favorite. Expect a warm, friendly greeting and sit back and enjoy the tasty, freshly prepared food. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed and there's a shady outdoor area - there's a water bowl for pooches. 🦮🐕🦺 The decor is not modern but the chairs and LOUNGES are very comfortable. There will soon be a chef so expect the menu options to grow. I thoroughly enjoyed my ham, cheese and tomato croissant with horseradish cream. I noticed the lasagne and salad was popular as were the brekkie options. And for the sweet tooths, there's an array of cheesecakes, old-fashioned slices JELLY SLICES and cakes. What's not to love at Heidi's?!

Excellent iced coffee with 3 milk choices and a nice nutty slice with cranberries and a little choc drizzle (made local). There are plenty of other drinks and treats to choose from including ice cream. The seating area is well presented to give a nice view of the wetlands area. Includes a decorative bench to either stand by or sit on the bar stools. The bench includes some local history and colourful cuttlefish imagery. Oh, and the service is exceptional.
