We had Christmas lunch at the Highbury Hotel today and it was fantastic. The food was lovely and we weren't crammed in to the place like sardines. It was all just very nice. The meal was 3 courses and each was ample in amount and flavour. Thoroughly enjoyable!

I've been coming to Nev's for nearly 10 years, and will probably never stop. Even after moving 4 suburbs away, I can't find a place of even remotely comparable quality. Just come and try the coffee, and you'll understand. The food is great, but holy smokes is the coffee amazing. They roast the beans themselves! (FYI Nev is the big hairy friendly guy that walks around looking busy while his offspring do all the work. Also it's heaps busy at lunch but clears out around 1:30-2:00 if you want to avoid waiting.)

On 29th March 2015 I had a birthday celebration of 24 people at Glen Ewin Estate in the bistro area. Congratulations to all at Glen Ewins, everything was just excellent. The food was more than plentiful and excellent, staff and service outstanding, all arrangements went without a hitch, we did not have to worry about anything. Thanks to all at Glen Ewin's for making my birthday so special. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them

Really enjoyed it. Food was well priced and delicious. Flavours were amazing, chicken was so tender and prawns were huge and fresh. Nice decor but a little bare. Friendly staff and helpful with food choices. Will go back.

Tasty and delicious pies and pasties, oh and don't get me started on the quiche! Delicious food. Lots of variety. Great coffee. Great service. I hear the Sunday breakfast is out of this world, so think I might be trying that next.

Good Chinese food for a reasonable price. It looks pretty tacky and we were served by somebody who couldn't understand us very well, but the food was enjoyable.

Very good looking good pub. The revamp was done excellently! Good selection of beer but could be better. However they are incredibly expensive!
