Not the most exciting venue, but decent, with excellent burgers. Better than a lot of other flashier cafes/bars that offer burgers. Had the cheeseburger, while a friend ordered their jalapeno beef burger (not sure what it was called). Both were quite enjoyable, moist juicy patties with great bread and generous toppings. Will go back to check out their other burgers.

Great sports club, with plenty of space. Membership is $5 and that includes a courtesy taxi to and from the club within the Northern Suburbs on marked nights. 3 Pool tables at $1 per game and pokies and TAB available.

Also don't believe the nasty reviewer. We go there everytime for our Barra and Chips. Then head down to the Jetty and watch the sunset. Love it everytime and by the many people waiting to buy other people think so too. Absolutely recommend to everyone.

Was getting sick of driving out to Palmerston from Darwin for the best Crispy chicken burger And coffee in town! Now they have one in the city (Parap). Love their smoothies too.. Ginger Ninja and the Green Juice one. Great after a big weekend to restore the Balance! Staff are always friendly and professional. Any problems if you speak to them they will always resolve on the spot. Highly recommend 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Ebb and Flow is a awesome chill restaurant, staff are friendly, service is great, food is amazing and a perfect location. I'll definitely be returning here regularly. And fully cruelty free so this venue is a win all round
