After not going for about 2 years returned on burger night. Great food and service will go back
To keep it short, food is not too bad still edible. Long wait on orders, need to improve a lot in service, and sense of urgency maintaining quality and taste.
WOW what an amazing place. To walk in the front door and be greeted by an absolutely beautiful shrine for Ganesha, with fresh carnations absolutely lovely. We didnt know what to buy to eat from the cafe, so I just left it up to the girl who served us, $9.00 each and when the food was brought out it was amazing, fresh ingredients and two huge plates, we couldnt eat it all, and I still dont really know what it was called lol. Then we went into the shop for gifts and ornaments, I was just blown away by the beautiful wooden hand carved things, there was kitchen appliances, statues and lots more. The staff were very friendly and helpful, all in all a great experience and I cant wait to take other people there. Just up the road a little which we diddnt have time to go in, is a Hindu Temple, we looked around the outside and its beautiful also. I cant recommend a trip out there highly enough, ENJOY !
I visit here upto a few times a week. The service is always great, as is the food and coffee. The staff are awesome. I've never had to wait long for meals either.
The staff here are always friendly and greet you with a welcoming smile. Seems to be great team work to.
I got their flyer in the mail a few days ago and thought I would give them a try, I had rainbow eye fillet (shredded beef, capsicum, carrot and onion in a mandarin style sauce) and special fried rice which came with a chicken satay skewer on the top, The beef dish was a perfect balance of heat and flavour for me and the fried rice tasted fresh, not oily or gluggy. It was packed when I went there and I nearly walked out worried it would be a long wait, I got my order in about 10mins. I loved it and will be going back there, hopefully the rest of the dishes are just as nice.
It's conveniently close for those exhausting Friday nights when I couldn't be bothered cooking. Unfortunately, they've never got our order right.
What a great cafe! Really friendly staff, had the best coffee with my name written on top in chocolate. Kids loved the choc explosion and tutti fruity heaven freak shakes. My fresh cooked brioche chicken burger with sweet potato fries was delicious. Heaps of other food and cakes to choose from and all profits go toward helping provide school lunches for struggling families.
One excellent place in Melbourne. As soon as you step inside the template you feel peace in your mind and soul.
