Great locals place and the best place to soak up Burleigh Heads. Simple menu with great pizza and excellent beer and cocktail selection. A 'Melbourne' feel to the small and dimly lit bar. Grab a seat and chat to the friendly bar staff
I have just recently begun my journey to being a vegetarian and places like Govindas make it easy to eat out. Really yummy food, friendly service and such good value.

Decided to pop in by myself to check out this new place in Burleigh Heads and I am just amazed with the entire experience. The place is beautiful, lovely staff and the food is to die for. I had the salmon burger and already know that I’m having one of the pancakes next time (can’t wait!). Highly recommend sitting by the kitchen, it’s beautiful to watch, even though it makes you wanna eat everything they’re cooking hehe. If I could, I would give 10 stars!
Great and authentic Italian food. Everything made fresh, including sauces and in house made flour. Come in and try it for yourself and you won't be disappointed!!
We all know how good Guzman Y Gomez is, well there's a new one on the Gold Coast at Burleigh Waters in the Stockland's complex, it's brand new and has a drive through for even quicker takeaway, it has great food friendly staff (with those beautiful Brazilian accents), it's very clean and plenty of parking and seating. Five stars.
Brilliant food, amazing cocktails but the music playlist in the background was the best!!! Not often you get to enjoy a good meal and Jimi Hendrix all at once 👌🏼
Decided to try the breakfast here based on some photos on Instragram. We managed to get a parking spot right outside the bakery which was a bonus. The place had a nice atmosphere. Very warm and friendly. It was also crowded at the time as it was raining thus rendering the outdoor seating not too pleasing. However in a stroke of luck, we managed to get a great seat right in the middle. We ordered the Dippy Eggs. This was fantastic. It was quite unique as it was served in an egg carton. There were two soft-boiled eggs on one side with diced bacon, labna and parsley all in their own wells/cups. On the other side of the carton were strips of sourdough bread with butter. As far as I could tell, we were supposed to dip the bread in the soft boiled egg and then use the small spoon to add the toppings to the bread. I may have done it wrong but it worked for me and I was very happy eating that way haha. We also ordered the fresh orange juice which was also excellent. I'm a big fan of orange juice with pulp and this juice was definitely recommended. We had coffee elsewhere as I needed it for the drive, but from what I could over-hear, the coffee was also great. I definitely recommend this place and will be back again. I will try upload a photo if Google lets me as well.
