Lovely cakes and sandwiches

I pop up here for lunch some times during the week! Good selection of changing food and friendly helpful staff. Only issue is that when a group of people are wanting to order there is no line with people not sure who was to go first.

The food is ok, coffee amazing. The staff are also wonderful. Problem is - theres not enough of them! One poor girl is ALWAYS left on her own during lunch at the sandwich and hot food counter and sometimes we all wait 15-20 minutes for food! We all feel so sorry for her and shes the one always apologising to everyone! Get a grip Zouki - you're charging $12-15 for an average wrap - you're making enough money to hire some help OR get the staff you do have to pull their finger out and help the poor girl during lunch service times! All staff at Epworth (I'm one of them BTW) go to lunch between 11:30-13:00. If I was using my brain I'd put more than one person on the counter during these times. Just a thought!

Where to begin...$10.50 for a Chicken Parma by itself, then $4.50 if you want Salad, more again for Chips. the Bain Marie is filled with the same tasteless slop every time I have been there Noodles, Chicken (had it once and it was RAW, although to be fair I would have assumed the "Cook" (Chef would mean they have actually trained to cook decent food) would have picked this up when the Chicken was still clucking amongst the satay vegies. To receive a toasted sandwich that actually has the cheese melted, would be a pipe dream...Its a toasted sandwich for Pete's sake...The "toasted" should not be silent. I thought that Hudsons Coffee was bad, but these guys take overpriced Mediocrity to a whole new level. A bigger rip off one shall not find.
