Great burritos

The burritos were excellent, with fresh ingredients and loads of choice. Nice friendly helpful staff. Loved the wooden cutlery...great idea

We usually get takeaway from the Joondalup store once every one to two weeks and it's usually really nice but tonight we were disappointed with the lack of customer service and the quality of the food we ordered. Very disappointed tonight, we don't feel like going back there again.

Today when visiting the store to purchase a burrito we were greated with an eye-roll from one member of staff whilst the other walked over to serve us. When ordering, the lady serving was very unwelcoming and impolite, acting disgusted that we had walked into the store at 8:30pm which is still in their opening hours.When we got our orders they were very poorly made and looked like they were made with zero effort or care. The two young girls proceeded to laugh with each other as we left the store shocked and very unhappy with the experience. I have shopped at many zambrero stores and am a regular customer but will not be returning to this store. your shop should be ashamed

Foods good, if you enjoy mystery boxes. I’ve had avocado missing in my IQ Bowl multiple times in a row. Issue fixed and avocado’s residency reinstated today. But instead had the black rice swapped for white rice, and the white rice swapped for the black rice in my mates normal Bowl. Check your burrito box before leave.

Good tacos except I asked for no guacamole and the guy completely forgot while making it and put guacamole on it... it wasn't a problem cos I don't mid it just didn't feel like it that day but if I hated guacamole i would have definitely asked for a new one lol

Quick service and good fast food with great options for every diet. Their vegan cheese is nice and melts well for non-dairy cheese. They generally load up your toppings pretty well, too!

Quick and friendly service. Staff is wonderful and polite . Can't fault the food and it's so much healthier than other take out food
