Best ever sushi and sashimi

Checked reviews, decided to give it a go. Food is OK compared to "real" Japanese restaurants. Staff are not very professional, presented two NSW vouchers but were afterwards told only one could be used. Upon leaving the premises staff didn't bother to respond to our valediction, which is very rude in a Japanese environment. After a few days we dined in a different restaurant and presented the supposedly unused voucher, only to be told that it was no longer valid as already used.

Any Japanese place that has Chirashi as a menu item wins my vote. Place was pumping and had a steady stream of customers - a good sign! Yume “dream” team!

Been here since it's opening over 11 years ago. Their use of brown rice leaves a long lasting taste. I love their wide range of entrees and try a new one each time. Fish is most always fresh.

Yume is easily the best Japanese restaurant in the Inner West. Authentic Japanese chefs preparing delicious meals and top quality sushimi. Unlike the other sushi place in Drummoyne, Yume is deeply committed to hygiene and has excellent COVID safe procedures. Give this excellent restaurant a try.

The closest I've had to the food in Japan from Sydney!! Loved it

Delicious food and amazing service! The people here are so nice and polite. We had a great dinner experience. We had an early dinner for two on a weeknight and ordered the Special Bento Box between two people. It was plenty of food. We had the vegetarian gyoza on the side, which was so beautifully prepared and presented. The filling was so tasty and the skin was perfectly crisp. We had cold sake too. It's excellent that they allow you to choose your own cup from the series that they have available. It's a fun touch. We had a bottle between two and that was enough for about three little cups each. It was about $60 for the two of us and we left satisfied.

Average sushi restaurant. Rich dishes but my baby rolls with tuna had more vegetables than tuna. The location is small but the staff is nice.

Yume Sushi is personally my FAVOURITE sushi place. They have such a wide variety and cook everything to perfection. My only negative aspect is their times. I wish i could visit their after school but they open at 5pm which is well after my bus passes.
