Great vegan food

Best vegan stop for dinner. Highly reccomend the jackfruit burger, it is so satisfying it doesn't need a side salad or chips. The coleslaw is really creamy and goes well with the rest of the burger. Other favorites are the green curry (note that batches can differ a lot though!) And the udon noodles I have eaten at Yong Greens over many years and they have held their consistent high standard of food quality- I have never been disappointed or had to ask for something to be remade

It’s amazing to find a whole menu of vegan food and they did not disappoint! Great variety to try out! Waited like 30 min for the food to come tho!

I've loved this place for a long time. The food is always fresh and satisfying, and the staff are lovely. However, the online ordering/take away experience has been very frustrating. I've tried to order take away a few times and experienced long exceptionally wait times (well over an hour and a half) or food just not arriving.

Urgh so over priced for what it is, flavours were not up to par and definitely not a good fusion. Maybe I'm too Asian but I've eaten enough organic/vegan/vegetarian/locally produced food to rate honestly.

Just don't go here. We waited for our food over an hour, service was horrible, food was average. After being ignored for 30 minutes we finally got to order, then one dish arrived and we waited another ten minutes to get cutlery for it. Two drinks never arrived, when the other mains arrived the first dish was luke warm. No apologies or explanation. Food, drinks and cutlery (after asking for it) was just slammed on the table. The staff knew no one enjoyed themselves. Why not give context to patrons and let people know that you're short on staff, the meals will be delayed by half a day and that the kitchen hadn't been cleaned in what looked like forever? Yuck. Save yourself time and money and have a better experience at vegie bar across the road. I really hope Yong picks up their act. They confirmed owners have changed and what was once a lovely vegetarian dining experience seems like a place run by frustrated men that don't want to be there and don't understand what this place was or should be like.

I love this place but they really need to get better at the service. The food here is incredible - probably some of the best Asian dishes I have had in Melbourne. The atmosphere in the place can be great to. The service is pretty lacking however. Went last night after booking via Google, only to be told they had no record of it. They managed to fit us in though. But the service was just not really very good. A lot of the staff must be new as they didn't really seem to know what they were doing. Overall it was pretty chaotic. If Yong Green's can sort this out then this will be an amazing restaurant again.

Yong Green is my favourite restaurant! The staff are all so kind and helpful and the food...oh my, the FOOD! So delicious and so healthy. Macrobiotic and absolutely delicious all at once. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

You won't go home hungry. Tasty food.

Yong's makes me feel so healthy and wholesome and the food is really good. Especially the kimchi dragon bowl which I get everytime. Also the rice beer is the perfect accompaniment.
