I will rate this place 0 star if I could! The worst service I ever had! Today I had to stand in front of the restaurant waiting to pay for at least 10 mins. The chef from the back noticed that and informed the manager/owner, he apparently knew and ignored. Then there was a group of 4 walk ins came in while I was still waiting, the manager/owner walked bypass me and ignored me again to serve them. There were at least 3 tables customers saw what happened and watched me as I felt extremely embarrassing. I could just walk out probably no one would come to catch me back to pay...the manager finally came to me but without asking how was everything today or just any simple greeting. Instead he told me if you pay by card there would be a surcharge. Thanks for showing me how poor the hospitality service could be and we will never be back again. 👎

A tad pricey for the whole experience, but would probably go again with more people. Enjoyed the vegetable bone broth way more than the tomato soup base which was basically just tomato. Also enjoyed the sauce on the side. Overall a pretty fun, unique experience!

Visited the place on a seemingly busy period and the service was good and quite fast. It's be best to visit with a bunch of friends. Good variety of items and in a clean environment. Loved the sauces too. A little expensive than I thought. But good experience.

The hotpot is very tasty！I love the spicy one very much and the gold chicken soup is delicious. Although it was busy, service is still very nice. And lamb skewers is very fresh and tasty. I would come here again absolutely!

Second Time back here and there won't be a third. 2 staffs running around all night on a slippery floor. Asking for some water in English and was told there is no water left. Waited 1hr45mins for the bubble tea to arrived after asking twice and was told still preparing...I had to go out to get a pesi from a burger place next door. Really bad experience and glad I don't lived in Canberra to put up with this kind of service. To the boss...a small gesture hire more staffs and one that can understand plain English.

All time favourite. Decent environment for a hotpot place and food is delicious!

If your haven’t tried hot pot - you are missing out. This is a MUST!! I am now Addicted to the spicy flavours of Sichuan. Hotpot at Wukong was really fun! We took some friends there and everybody had a brilliant experience.

Great quality and creative gourmet! Love coming here when I’m craving hot pot. It’s all you can eat, so you just pick your soup base and dig into all the options. They have everything you could want for your hot pot - meat, meatballs, noodles and vegetables ect. They also have a self-service sauce bar so you can mix your own combinations. Absolutely yum!

Excellent hotpot in Canberra, customer service was really good. Will be back next time for sure!
