Really good restaurant. The salt and pepper squid is the best I have had. Not overcooked and good quality. It's famous for its seafood dumpling soup, and this is definitely worth a shot. I've been there a few times now, and the staff are really welcoming. Seems quite popular. Highly recommended.

Casual cosy restaurant that hasn't been ruined by trying to westernise to the Aussie palate. As with most places along Victoria St, is relatively cheap and delicious. Won Ton soup is especially yummy.

Vinh Ky is hands down the best resturant on Victoria Street - it is no wonder it is often packed! I was introduced to this place a couple of years ago and I am now a regular customer. My main recommendations are the Honey and Black Pepper Chicken (my favorite), bbq pork spare rib with special plum sauce (make sure it is the "special" one), anything satay and the Mongolian beef. Give it a crack!

Excellent value for money at this little Richmond Chinese / Vietnamese kitchen. Good beers on selection and they are licenced so you can BYO a bottle of wine (for a small corkage fee). Highly recommend trying their chicken skin stuffed with prawn (pic 1) and their salt rock chicken (pic 2).

Excellent Vietnamese food. Great bun bo hue, really large serve for a entree size soup and the bun also ok. Spring rolls are twice as crispy as anywhere else I’ve tried. Almost like a biscuit type shell! One point deducted for the pork in the vermicelli. Was advertised as grilled pork but actually more like a Hong Kong char siu and very tough and rubbery. Staff were absolutely awesome though. Good, free tea.

Foods good, affordable and good portions but service is very slow. Had to find a staff and ask for a table, plus waited ~35mins for my meal.
