Yummy as!!

Waited an hour for my delivery and never received it... restaurant closed apparently. An entire hour earlier than supposed to. Still waiting on my refund.

Very good evening had by each of us. Highly recommend this restaurant for a fine meal and exceptional service.

Brilliant food and service, regular here!

Service is non existent but the food was decent on a Monday lunchtime. We ordered the special broken rice and banh xeo and plates both came out rather quickly. The milk teas we ordered was watered down sugary drinks that taste nothing off matcha or chocolate or even tea so best to avoid, especially for the price. Would go back if I have a Vietnamese craving and the other nearby places are close

Food and prices for the lunch menu were good. Wide range to choose from. There were pages and pages and pages to choose from. Pleasant decor and dining area smells fresh unlike many Asian restaurants. Wheelchair accessible. 2 hour parking in nearby carpark in this shopping village. There was no wait for lunch here today on a Monday afternoon. The chicken beef pho was tasty.

Right, below average food is why I gave 2 stars. Your response is why I rate 1 star now. If you dunno how to handle bad ratings, I suggest you focus more on your dishes and shut up online

We came in for lunch. Our first visit. We had grilled chicken on egg noodles. It was very flavorful. Good chrispy chicken and soup was tasty. Another dish that we ate was bitter melon beed on rice. I truly enjoyed it. We will return again

Below average . Food was served on cracked and chipped plates and the staff said it's normal in this restaurant. Won't go there again and will not recommend. p.s As a reply to the comment from the owner, I pointed out about the broken plates as we were leaving the restaurant, after paying the bill. we have never asked for free food from you. Either your staff if fooling you or you don't have any respect for your customers. so sorry about your attitude.

Good food, good staff. A bit pricey

Food was not bad, but overpriced. One star due to the rudeness of what I believe is the owner when I went to get a takeaway.

good for some Vietnamese craving but not as good as other venues serving vietnamese food.

Ordered delivery via Menulog....after 3 hours food never even arrived. Menulog called them at 1 hour mark and was assured it was on its way. Disgusted especially when they blatantly lied that it was coming....would never order here again

Intended to have soley Vietnamese, but settled on an overall Asian selection. 4 mains and entrees` of some old favorites revisited, made for a very enjoyable experience for 2 Senior couples, celebrating an Anniversary. We will be back. Food and service, excellent.

Really nice food and fast service

Was here for coffee to kill time. Then had entree fried spring role. Oooohhhh it blasted me to the past 20 years back during my university years. So good

Good place. Its above average and the only vn/Chinese in the area (since the corner vn one next to the chicken corner shop closed). Prices are of western pricing compared to springvale. But an overall ok place to get your vn fix without having to travel to springvale or the glen.

Only ever had takeaway. Food is nice, though far too expensive in my eyes. Recently ordered and requested no seafood due to allergies, the rice came full of prawns. Wont be going back..........
