Affordable authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The Pho is a must try, as well as the deep fried pork spring rolls. Affordable prices and friendly service. Limited seating (15) but good comes out pretty quickly. Will be back!

The food is so good. Quick service and lovely staff. Lunch special starts at $11; reasonable price 👍🏻 Dipping sauce is perfect! 👌🏼 Served with FREE hot tea which is awesome! 👏🏻

I took a risk and came off the street for lunch one day. There was no customers and construction was going on next door so I was a bit trepidatious. I ordered a chicken noodle (which was misheard as soup). To be fair I wasnt very clear. Even though it wasn't what I had in mind it was absolutely delicious. To add, it was extremely good value. $11 for tasty noodles and vegetables with a big side of chicken to add (lunch special). Great value. Have been back and will go back again.

Excellent - extensive $11 lunch menu, served with pot of jasmine tea when dining in. Food was made to order with lovely, fresh ingredients and plentiful servings. Very enjoyable experience.

Excellent food and service. There is a good selection of meals and soft drinks. Everything we ordered was very tasty. Viet Senses is good value for money and the serving sizes are generous. We look forward to another visit.

I like this restaurant because staff is friendly and good taste and price👍 But unfortunately, I had dinner with my friend's farewell party one day. I booked upstairs because we have one child and one baby so we need space. But we could not dinner upstairs. Staff said 「today is not busy so please downstairs」...Also tha day, staff is not friendly..she is too bad behavior for us. I liked this restaurant but now unfortunately i don't think so.
