5 Rooke St, Devonport
Quality dishes, a good menu that's neither too conventional nor too weird. Very good drinks menu, too. Happy staff who are good at their jobs, young musicians on Saturday night. In a class of its own in the north west, and one of my favourites in Tasmania.
Excellent food and service, we were a large group and no one had to wait very long
Had to dine in Verona because was turned away by other restaurants/bar ( kitchen closed). Really glad to try Verona, the stuff were superb, food and desserts were great, and atmosphere was right. Best meal I had in Devonport !!
We had the creamy bacon pasta, chicken wings and the meatballs and the Tas devil pizza. All very tasty yes we were hungry, not now. All washed down with A Ghost Rock Pinot noir wine. Nice friendly staff, and reasonably priced.
Excellent authentic Italian
Just had an absolutely delicious lunch. We were extremely impressed with our waiter (Jack). He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about the menu. Refreshing to see pleasant, confident young people like him. Will be back!
The bathrooms need a lot more attention from staff as the toilet paper was super low, the paper towel was empty, and the soap was dirty. However, the service was friendly, and the food was nice.
Best pizza, best service and great coffee, wonderful place to get a some dinner before sailing back to Melbourne with the Spirit of Tasmania. I can not recommend this place in better terms, go there and see for yourself. Thanks team for looking after me.
Dropped in for a bite before getting on the ferry. Friendliest staff possible made me a fantastic vegan pizza. Saved me from eating on the boat, and made me smile as well.
Great place, great coffee and a very nice place to just sit and relax.
