Upstairs @ Fred's

The food was absolutely fantastic, only beaten out by the amazing service from our waitress! She was probably the highlight of the meal to be honest. The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner and the desserts were so yummy we desperately wanted to order a second round. Upstairs at Fred's is a really beautiful establishment as well (as pictured here). However the only gripes we had was with the table being a small circular shape which made it very hard to place them next to each other for a group of more than two as well as the plates being absolutely tiny with giant cutlery. If the tables had been square and the plates larger, this would have been the perfect meal. However, the environment and food were just so wonderful I couldn't give it less than a 5/5. I will definitely be coming back here again and again! Didn't get to take a photo of the main meal but here is one of our desserts (brulee banana split)!

We recently had our daughters 18th birthday dinner and it was fantastic! I was very impressed with the communication in the lead up and on the night. We weren’t able to have a “traditional” party as originally planned due to the restrictions in place but were still able to celebrate a great night with fantastic food, service and people. We received plenty of compliments and positive feedback so wanted to make sure we passed that on. A special shout out to Kaitlyn, who did everything she could to ensure a great night was had by all. Well done and thanks again!

Always love Fred's especially on a weeknight in winter. Tapas and a glass of red or craft beer next to an open fire is very relaxing

We went for brekky. Great price. Great portions. Perfect eggs. The long black/americano was good enough I didn't need sugar or milk. Our server was also top notch.
