Oil smells a bit old but coffee was ok

I was there Easter long weekend, I ate there a couple of times. Both times I ordered the burger with the works minus pineapple. It was awesome, the reason I am writing this review months later is I keep thinking about it. It was heavy on the egg, bacon and beetroot. Perfect corner shop Aussie burger.

This place needs an overhaul. Only one size cup for coffee and coffee tastes bad. I mean nasty. Sorry UBC but I think you need to do some market research to find out what is going on. However, the beach is right there and beautiful.
