Basic sports bar with basic bar menu and a range of drinks available

The manager here doesn't understand that a drivers license receipt and an expired licence is a valid form of identification. Not happy with being treated like a second class citizen.

The Palmwoods Hotel has has a facelift. The bistro has a good range of fare including delicious Nolan's steaks. I had the barrumundi special as per the blackboard menu. It was great fish was well cooked. The coconut prawns were fantastic as normal. Service was great even after a couple of table changes. Good honest pub food.

Lovely venue, interior is nice. Reasonable service, but the food took a long time (we were warned after placing order) and the quality was mediocre at best. Unfortunately cannot recommend eating here when there are better venues locally.

Great Pub/hotel. Food excellent, Manager great lady & staff happy & helpful. Hold some interesting events & have great band night for the locals. Pub/Hotel really worth a visit - good social friendly atmosphere.

Got to be one the top local hotels on the whole Sunshine Coast! Recently fitted out(?), this place is great. We had a fun Friday night recently - with great food and service. Different bars, for different tastes - live bands, and/or relaxing upstairs on the comfy chairs. Good selection of beers and wines too. Indoor kids play area too! My steak was cooked perfectly to order, and my wife's Risotto was good too. Food was also delivery pretty quick, given it was a busy Friday night.No complains here. Go there!

Good average, waited for ages for plates to be removed from a table. Don't order any coconut prawns...you will regret it. Hot as he'll in area near kids zone. Up note...kids zone air conditioned and entertaining for them. Bring good coins to help extra entertainment.
