30-32 Charles St 2150, Parramatta
This restaurant was such a pleasant surprise. Hidden away near Parramatta wharf and off street, it is so unassuming. Food however, is delicious, fresh, varied, well presented and great value. The couple running it are such gentle lovely people. Nothing like good ol wholesome food.
Perfect place to have dinner. Such a nice place hidden in Parramatta, very friendly environment.
Very nice food. The servers were very kind as well. Would recommend!
Terrible ramen. Basically the ramen is made with instant noodle.
Another well hidden gem of a restaurant run by a Japanese chef in the kitchen with his Korean wife doing the front of kitchen duties. Bloody marvellous place with a mixture of the two cultures in the menu. Great food with reasonable prices. Hope they can hang on with the downturn in Parramatta due to COVID and the installation of the tram.
Our one of the favourite place for years now. Always fresh and the quality always the same.
Absolutely the worse customer service. What is written on the menu comes out wrong and so misleading, she told me that she was going to go check with the chef, but never came back to me. Food is horrible as well, definitely would not recommend to anyone.
Tucked away up the stairs from Parramatta River Wharf. Can easily seat up to 10 people for groups safely for COVID-19. Can sit both inside and outside. The food is refreshing and tastes great. The set meals at lunch time are a bargain. While the dinner menu is affordable and well portioned. A nice selection of alcohol too. Very kid friendly with baby chairs available. Lunch is only available during workdays. Parking is paid street parking only, but rates are very cheap.
So Rude to a regular customer. Waiting to order, then told by the older boss lady, no sorry you can't order "large booking coming". Can I eat-in? "No" Can I takeaway? "No" What terrible manners! If I did not have Korean friends, I would expect this is how Korean restaurants treated customers when busy. However, great Korean & Japanese food, quick, tasty and light on my pocket, just like the City. Better than Asadal around the corner and much cheaper. Also you don't get any tasty side dishes if you takeaway, so eat in.
Affordable and very cosy. Quiet neighbourhood away from the main Parramatta strip. This place is popular amongst Koreans and is run by Koreans. The set meal is very filling and delicious, usually a very busy place for dinner. I loved the sashimi however the tempura was a little soggy, which may have been the flour mix.
