Had a wonderful time with my friends. Good customer service. I will definitely go back. Just one thing had to wait longer for food. Thoroughly enjoyed live music. But overall very good 👍

Awesome authentic food with great homely taste

Earlier I gave 5 stars when I did a dine in. The food was tasty and the food quantity was justified by the price. During lockdown I took a takeaway; even though it was still very tasty the quantity was less and price still the same. I was really disappointed. If you are charging the same price for dine in and take away why is the quantity different? If you cannot find a large takeaway container then reduce price for takeaway. Sad that tasty food is getting less ratings because of poor management.

In terms of the atmosphere. It was good. The menu looks very appealing and music is fun. Unfortunately the food did not taste as good. Sauces were not thick enough nor did not have much flavour or taste. The food needs to have more balance of salt as it was not present in the food as much. Honest opinion is just the current lunch I had was tasteless. I do hope the cooks get better as other reviews was high. I would like the owner to cook for me one day. Thank you for the food today.

I gave this 2 star rating only for poor customer service. Food wise it is good I can give 5 stars. As a loyal customer for Tibetan momo since 2017 right from the time this restaurant started under the tree I followed them everywhere when never they changed the places. The taste of their food always made me follow them every time. But since i shifted my place to far away from harrispark I was unable to attend their new restaurant. I felt very happy that they finally got good place to set up their restaurant. Because they worked very hard to reach to this position and I am the live witness. After one year I took my family members and neighbors on a dinner this Saturday and was left shocking with poor customer service which I never felt before. All the way we traveled 45min to visit this restaurant and felt ignored by staff for 20 min and then once we get the table we ordered the food and requested some extras after sometime. Service staff went inside and I thought he may get it, but he started chit chatting with his fellow service staff and forgot about us. I felt very embarrassed as I praised about this restaurant and brought my family and friends for dinner. I would probably think twice before visiting this restaurant next time. I would suggest they need to also concentrate on customer service apart from the taste of food.

Didi first of all, I respect your hard work and will power as we have seen how you started and now you have reached in this place where you deserve all the love and appreciation both for your work and your food. Every time I have been here, I am never disappointed. I love the food; it feels very authentic and the staffs are very nice. I recommend this place if anyone wants to enjoy the authentic taste from Nepal. ❤️❤️Keep on making us love you with your delicious food and your welcoming and sincere environment.
