You only know how good she is once you have taken.the first bite of your food, and if it comforts you, locally, she is a food celebrity, know for dishing out food that's fabulous and covered by many newspapers. Portions are huge and thus the prices seem steep but worth the quality and taste. Their seafood pad hai was selfish, and very unusual from what we have tried in the past. Also, their green curry was lesser on the sweet side yet packed punch, flavors and meat. Definitely among the best Thai food we have eaten in Australia. This one too is run by the family and they are warm and welcoming. One note of advice that we will give to any seafood lover is, If you are in Queensland don't miss out on Seafood. It's the best you'll find.

Tias is a locals favourite and one of my favourite places to grab a feed. The food is always fresh and cooked perfectly, the staff are friendly and your order is always prepared quickly so no long waits which is great. They are always happy to adapt your order to dietary needs. I love this place and highly recommend it.

Excellent n fast service, really awesome Thai food. A good depth of flavour n lots of variety. We had lunch n dinner back to back at the same place ...if you love Thai food this the the place to eat in Cairns

Hiden gem. This restaurant is exceptional friendly service and wow the flavours of the dishes are incredible. Each dish displayed its own unique flavours. The selection was good and all dishes cooked to order. The staff were friendly and professional. We had a huge selection of meals for our group of 10 and everyone was satisfied by the quality and individual flavours The stand out dish was the whole fish and the sticky rice with mango. I can not recommend this restaurant any higher. Thanks for such a memorable meal.

Great food. Good size meals at a reasonable price. Fast service.

We were travelling interstate with our own food but needed something cold to drink. We stopped at Tia's cafe and Arisa was very friendly and kind enough to warm up our own food to go along with the fresh juice we ordered from her. Though we didn't stay for food, we give her 5 stars for her kind and gracious manner.

Food is delicious with fantastically balanced flavours - feels like you've gone across the water to SEA in the best possible sense. Staff are very friendly. Great for lunch.

This place has the best chineese food. Cooked fresh, owners are lovely. Take out should be eaten asap to keep its crisp freshness. Good value for your buck. Highly recommend the crispy softshell crab, the chilly sauce on the side is to die for. Pork lard is delish as is the prawn and tamarind. The laskas are awesome too.

Nice meals. Cheap prices. Delicious tasty food.
