Owners of this café are rude, and have no genuine concern for providing fabulous customer service, they show no empathy or take responsibility if your dishes come out with burnt toast, or stingy portioning, or cold!. Focused only on generating profits, with Absolutely no regard for loyal paying customers, as a family owned business they are RUDE, un empathic, and Know nothing about customer service OR INTEGRITY !!! Waste of money to be treated rudely, walking out hungry and insulted!!!! TERRIBLE CAFè, worst experience people!!!! No stars here....

Great service when I got my takeaway coffee this morning. Friendly staff and a delicious fresh muffin. Can't wait to come back when I have more time to sit in.

Best coffee in Drummoyne. Egg & bacon roll was pretty good too. Service is swift and attentive.

Heavenly food. Expect this quality at the feast in Eternal Glory. Coffee was on point too. And not too expensive!! What a tune. Sat outside right next to a pharmacy which was a bit how you doing. But the esqusite wafting scent from the kitchen meant we didn't really care. Would definitely come here first the food, not the sights. Good times. Definitely recomend.

There are 5 cafes within 500 meters of my house and I go out of my way to go to this one. Exceptional staff and service, they seem to keep their people for a long time too. Super yummy and it somehow tastes better because they remember your name.

As a regular I can’t fault the food, but today on my last day before maternity leave at 8.5 months pregnant I walked to Rosetta’s in the rain really excited for one last schnitty sambo for a few months but unfortunately I was left sitting for over 10-15 minutes (the only person in the shop) being ignored & my order was not taken. I had to get back to work so left disappointed at the lack of service and it’s a shame that I will not be going back there based off this experience.
