Great chips, range of burgers and seafood, and salads. Very quick and friendly service.

I had my first visit to this takeaway and they make absolute amazing chips. There potato cakes are my favorite!!! This is the first time I had a premium homemade tasting potato cake. Thick, crispy and creamy. I have been all over Canberra and when you eat here it's filling. The products are not over priced given the value in the food. The chips are cooked in clean Oil so the colour of the food is prefect. They home make and prepare there food, like the fish etc. Why do I like this fish and chip shop so much? 1.Fresh chips cooked in clean Oil that are crispy on outside and soft in the middle. 2. Staff are really nice 3. Potato cakes are fantastic 4. Beautiful location and lots of clean tables outside. 5. A very clean shop. This is the best place in Canberra so far. These photos don't do the food complete justice. I want to go back.

Nothing grand but you can get a sitdown barramundi fillet and salad for not a lot of money

Chips were very good, crunchy with just enough salt. Chips burger and coke for $12.50. The burger was good (beetroot and tomatoe was a plesent surprise) but could have used a pickle.

The Ainslie Takeaway Open now. Open from Monday to Thursday 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. Friday- 8.00 am to 8.30pm. Saturday from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm Sunday Closed From March the 7th ;Sunday closed By safe. Very good food 🍲 and a good service,. They have toasted sandwich, or you like bread rolls, white bread and brown. They have cake also. They have breakfast in the morning or all day.

4 1/2 Star you've gotta be dreaming!! After paying $21.00 just for fish and chips you would expect....Something? Greasy, doughy fish...bones aren't extra they are thrown in for free, one piece inedible! $7 serve of chips you would normally pay around $4 average at best, salt...what salt? Don't know who reviewed this place? Do yourself a favour go somewhere else. ?
