Lovely Old Pub

Enjoyed a couple of drinks mid week. Quick friendly service, moody. Toilets clean. Visited again during the week for food and then realised that if you want table and chairs you have to sit outside, inside its mostly bar stools and tables. Standard pub food menu.

Four dinner in the restaurant we had Excellent service with attention to detail about our specific requirements, delicious food, love the parking pass and really appreciated being informed how busy they were at 6.30 with the suggestion that we book for 7 so they could provide the best service. we enjoyed a drink at the bar right next door beforehand providing an opportunity for mixing with our larger group

Great atmosphere, mixed demographic and brilliant music. Life music is exceptionally good. Best place to spend a Sunday afternoon

Lovely place to share food as serves are quite big. Need to ask for more dressing for salad and they forgot the carrots on the Sunday roast. A bit too noisy for conversations.

I came here for a reunion and I was delighted with the outdoor decor and setting, it was gorgeous. We were in a room for our reunion and served delicious finger food. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to returning to enjoy a sit down menu next time.
