Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Free parking on level 3. Love the rooms and the automatic blinds. Nice pool too. Easy check in process. Couple of restaurants inside the hotel and opposite the casino.

Woah! So excited to come back! Booked this place for a great rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I like this resort and I'm so happy I stayed at my favorite hotel for much less than what I normally pay. Beautifully presented. The dining area was well laid out. Fast food service. Great experience

We find a deal with luxury scapes and was great, the hotel is beautiful, the staff like any hotel, there is nice and bad people, the breakfast was great, the rooms and the view are great but there was one thing and it’s that the sheets were not that clean. The pool it’s great, the casino it’s really funny and the bars and restaurant are great to spent time there.

The darling rooms are spectacular. Instant hot and hot water taps in the bar. Touch screen everything, including curtains. The bathroom has a glass wall between it and the master bedroom. The photo is from the balcony

Beautiful. Bathrooms are exceptional. Staff very well trained in customer service. Car park needs expanding and improving. Can’t get a lift from levels 4,5,6. I’m sure this will be included in the new extensions

Was an amazing stay. We were sadly only here for one night as we were just down for a wedding. But room was very nice, staff very polite and efficient (both check in and check out very smooth) and I can't recommend enough the new restaurant in the Darlington on the 19th floor. Food and service (and view) absolutely amazing

I would have given this a 5 star if I was able to access Nineteen bar and the line ups were not so busy. Beautiful venue - clean and classy. Great sign up bonuses for The Star Club. Can't wait to come back and use these amazing discounts!

Love the Casino. (They are very switched on with the QR codes for Covid tracking) It was a glamorous and enjoyable experience
