The Spotted Quoll Restaurant

Even if you're not staying at the Inn, make it a priority to go to this Restaurant! My husband and I had a meal at The Spotted Quail on Sunday and were blown away with a taste sensation to remember forever! We didn't know what to expect however any preconceived ideas we may have had were certainly surpassed and we came away with smiles on our faces a mile wide! Full marks to Aaron for the fabulous combination of gourmet delights and to Shelly and the young helper on the day, for making this experience so special for us.

Our group of four ate at the Spotted Quoll on Saturday. We drove up to what was a lovely looking country Inn and were greeted and taken to our table. We ordered the only red wine on the list and ordered our meals, mains with sides. We were informed some of the ingredients had changed. The mains didn't appear for a bit but the deep fried cheese balls came as complimentary. Potentially nice but still frozen on the inside. The two pork neck dishes came first. Nearly cold and tasted like spam. I did not finish my meal, what there was of it! The chicken dish came a bit later then the lamb. The lamb was nice but the others were cool and not very nice. We had asked for two sides - the greens with garlic and the roast potatoes. We were informed they had run out. This was Saturday night and only 16 guests. What restaurant lets you order mains knowing there are no vegetables or sides to go with the meal? What am I missing? We paid and left. It was, without doubt, one of the most disgusting and disappointing meals we have ever had. "No quollity spotted at this place".

Aaron unveiled a gourmet experience in "The Spotted Quoll " restaurant ;the cuisine is devoted to local produce and innovative style. Shelley ensured that our stay in a pleasant room overlooking gums , vineyards and balancing rocks was relaxing and restorative.
